That it is the purchasing, selling and exchanging of goals and services over computer networks. Such as internet through which transaction or terms of sales performed electrically.

E-commerce can be divided into 4 main category such as B2B (Business to Business) that companies doing business with each other such as manufactures selling to distributes and while seller selling to retailer. The second category is B2C (Business to Consumer) which mean business selling to the general public typically through catalogs utilizing shopping cart software. The other two category is C2B (Consumer to Business) and C2C (Consumer to Consumer). C2C is mean that individual can buy and sale things to online payment system like pay-pal where people or send and receive money online with ease such as e-bay.

In this assignment, I would like to discuss about the two biggest issues in the growth of the E-commerce. Besides this, I also have to do a comparison on two company website and their company flyer or brochure to compare that what is the different between traditional style and online style advertisement. I have to classification of e-commerce model of the two different companies.

Question 1

As we know that, many of the issue or problem in traditional business has been resolved by on E-business or E-Commerce, but an E-Commerce has limitation.

Traditional Business is a business that did not go online and just like a simple business that did not go online and just like a simple business that customer can buy their good straightly from the shopping center or hypermarket. In Traditional business, they are no use about privacy, security or copyright because it is uses directly contact with the sale person in a shot lot.

In this question, I would have to discuss about the two biggest issues in the growth of e-commerce. The first issue that I think is the biggest issues in the growth of E-commerce is Security in E-commerce website. Why I said security is on e of the biggest issue in the growth of E-commerce is because nowadays many users are concern about the security of the e-commerce website and besides this, hackers will always trying to hacked into this E-commerce website to collect user credit card information and some private confidential information.

E-commerce systems are based open on internet use, which provides open and easy communication in a global basis. However, because of the internet is unregulated and unmanaged and uncontrolled, so it post a wide range of risks and threats to the system and give hacked a chance to back in the website. That is why security is one of the issues in the growth of E-commerce.

Besides this, while shopping on the internet, most people typically do not think about what is happening in the background of an E-commerce website. Web shopping is every easy that we click on a related site, go on to that side and buy the required merchandise by adding it to cart and enter the credit card number for payment and thus wait for the shipment of the product. In this case, many people did not know that hacker may hack inside the e-commerce website to take the user information and credit card information. This is why security is one of the biggest issue in the growth of E-commerce. When all of the E-commerce website do not have better security, the victim of the E-commerce website is the user of the E-commerce website.

Another biggest issue in the growth of E-commerce that I choose is copyrighted issue in E-commerce. Why I choose this issues is because E-commerce website have always post product information and some of the advertisement are music that is not getting permission from other company for the owner of the E-commerce website to most of the information to the website. Copyright is mean that it cover both published and unpublished works. In the most basic scene, copyrights mean "the right to copy" an original creation and only the owner of the copyright can set limits on how the copyrighted work is used or exhibited.

Why I say copyright is the issue in the growth of E-commerce is because copyright is a term to protect the right of the owner of a product. Nowadays, many e-business owner operates under the false belief that if they find something on website is commercial or non commercial.

For an example, if an online toy store selling toy by using e-commerce. It has hire a photograph professional to take dozen of compelling product shots from a toys manufactures and post those images online. After that, if a competition who sell same brand of toys photos and copy them and upload to their own website. It has involved in a copyright issue in e-commerce and this action is without the know of the toys manufactures.
