Here the star business indicates where the market growth is high and relative market share is also high for Deimler Benz. They earned the highest revenue from this operation. So this operation needs to be hold in future.

There business of Aerospace is standing in question mark. Because in this sector market growth is well and as well Deimler Benz's interest is high too. But their relative market share is low. In this situation an organization need to build their relative market share.

We saw in this case study that Deimler Benz was trying to develop this business for more than ten years and then quit. So in my assessment this business portfolio stands in Question Mark till 1995. After 1995 they made stop this operation to avoid a large amount of loss.

Their Interservices Group operation stands on Cash cow. Because, this operation is part of organization system of Deimler Benz. But they must earn some revenue from here. And the situation is like total market share is covered by them. So this business need to harvest.

And there was no Dog business for them. Because Dog indicates here, market growth is low and relative market share is also low.
