This report is to describe the structure, business model and culture of my business plan. The business structure for my company is the market structure that shows the day spa, where we focusing on a one stop beauty shop with a relaxing environment. Our spa will service customer on getting their tans, manicures and pedicures all done in one appointment while relaxing in a Caribbean atmosphere. My spa will have the highest tanning beds that are available to purchase for salon use. My spa will also offer licenses nail and pedicure technicians. My spa will also have the image and hint of being in the Caribbean. Each customer will have the opportunity to get some of the beauty appointments all done at one time; this will reduce the stress of having to drive to separate places and having to make separate appointments. Our customers are real busy in life, so my spa is designed to get in the one stop beauty shop and relax all at the same time.

My marketing team has created a Caribbean atmosphere and a relaxing atmosphere. This should create satisfied customer, who will want to return for the relaxation and fun. My customers will also what to tell all their family and friends about the spa. This will be the marketing structure that will make the spa successful. The marketing team has also created a referral program for our customers that will help promote them to tell their family and friends. My marketing team will also have the responsibility of making sure my business is competitive. This will be done by them going out and checking out my competition.

The business model for my company is to increase our profit by having pride in my employees and customers. I will try to help my customers relax and stay happy and make them want to refer their family and friends to try us out. I will stay focused with my employees to keep a stress free work environment. I feel if my employees are relaxed and stress free then they will make a stress free and relaxed spa for the customers. My spa will provide upscale services at a fair price to be competitive.

Then business culture for my business is to have an organized and relaxed culture. In the spa my employees and I will be friendly to one another and value the place we work. We will also strive in keeping a well cleaned atmosphere. I also will make sure that my employees react with each other and the customers on a very professional level. The behavior and attitude of my employees will always be to stay focused on relaxation. My spa will have the décor and scent of the Caribbean at all times. This way if my customers can't ever afford to be able to actually go to the Caribbean they can experience a taste of it every time they are in my spa. I might even consider expanding my business by offering exotic drinks to enjoy while relaxing and getting beautified.
