INTRODUCTION

        The management aspect partakes in the organizations capability to handle and control its operations. Key elements are required to attain managerial feasibility such as top and bottom management involvement, formal communication and commitment. The organization combines both experiences of managers and employees with extensive training to further improve the quality of its service. This contains the organizational chart and qualifications of the people involved in the formation of the business organization structure. It must be set up aimed at optimum effectiveness. To attain this, management must be able to plan all activities, for the company to become dynamic and competitive business.

COMPANY NAME

        Cats & Dogs Café is chosen as the company name because it is simple and attractive to pet lovers and owners. It simply sums up what the business is about, and will not left potential customers guessing, what kind of services we offer.

The company logo contains a silhouette of a cat and dog inside a cup forming a heart. A simple logo that says everything about the company. The love for pets and the love for a cup of coffee with friends and pets.

        We believe that we, as human beings, have the responsibility of looking after ourselves and of the others that we live in this world with. We serve. We share. We care.

        We serve by giving the atmosphere friendly to coffee lovers and pet lovers alike as well as the animals (cats and dogs) we share our homes with. We care by giving quality food and service as well as promoting the advocacy to lessen strays and encourage adopting of animals in the foster system.

VISION

     To contribute to people’s happiness by providing an avenue where coffee enthusiasts can spend their leisure time in the company of felines and canines that can be welcomed to their homes.

     Serving, sharing, and caring through coffee and cake slices while promoting animal welfare and foster care.

FORM OF OWNERSHIP

     Cats & Dogs Café is a form of sole proprietorship. The nature of the business comes with many advantages. A sole proprietor has complete control and decision-making power over the business. Sale or transfer can take place at the discretion of the sole proprietor. It also includes, no corporate tax payments. In addition. A minimal legal costs to forming a sole proprietorship. Lastly, few formal business requirements business ideas and for solving of problems that the business encounters.

     Despite having many advantages, sole proprietorship comes with disadvantages. The sole proprietor of the business can be held personally liable for the debts and obligations of the business. Additionally, this risk extends to any liabilities incurred as a result of acts committed by employees of the company. All responsibilities and business decisions fall on the shoulders of the sole proprietor. Investors won't usually invest in sole proprietorships.

JOB DESCRIPTION

     The Job Description describes the general tasks and responsibilities of a position. It specifies the functionary to whom the position reports.

Supervisor

A supervisor set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates. Also, s/he organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks and monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.

S/he is also responsible for in receiving complaints and resolving problems. In addition, s/he maintain timekeeping and personnel records.

It is also his/her obligation to pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa. And, prepare and submit performance reports. S/he decide on reward and promotion based on performance. Lastly, ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises

Food & Beverage

Food & Beverage Manager make sure the food is thoroughly cooked, the drinks are ice cold and the eggs come from chickens, not lizards. Food and beverage managers are the leaders in the kitchen and the front of house in restaurants of all kinds. Responsible for overall operation for the restaurant, food and beverage managers hire staff, purchase food and stock, and make sure everyone is trained on proper food preparation, proper and legal alcoholic beverage service kitchen safety techniques and understand health standards. Food and beverage managers make sure that company is represented correctly and that the company's standards are upheld.

Maintenance

Generally, A Maintenance Performs general cleaning and minor maintenance duties in maintaining equipment and machineries, adjacent walks and grounds, and equipment in clean, orderly and functional condition. Provides assistance to staff, visitors and other employees as necessary.

Veterinarian

The veterinarian examine animals to diagnose their health problems. Also, Diagnose and treat animals for medical conditions, Treat and dress wounds, perform surgery on animals and test for and vaccinate against diseases. In addition, s/he operate medical equipment, such as x-ray machines, and advise animal owners about general care, medical conditions, and treatments.
