Walmart should:
Disclose trade association dues used for political purposes.
Disclose contributions to tax-exempt issue advocacy groups.
Be honest about its political giving and not claim to be "relentlessly nonpartisan." Walmart's Executive Vice President for Corporate Affairs and Government Relations says that the company's politics were "relentlessly nonpartisan" during the 2008 presidential election.
