A Memory to Most Remember in My Showing Career

This memory will stick with me for the rest of my life. This memory will stick with me because it was my first year showing on the colored shaving in Madison WI. It was so memorable because I won reserve Junior Champion of the Junior Show at the World Dairy Expo. This show is one of the biggest cattle shows in the nation.

This all stated when the spring came around and my mom and I went to Tim Bushes of Grand-View Ayshires. We went there to look at the animals what we had to work with for that year. One that we showed last year her name is Grand-ViewSumtotalDivot. This is how it all started in the year of 2009.

The 2008 shining star in my eyes. The calf I am talking about is divot. She is a shining star to me because she won all over and nobody could beat her. Also nobody could even lead her. She was always so stubborn to my mom and also for my collage friend Jessica VanGeem. The only person that could lead her was me and she must have thought that I was a shining star to her.

Must know who because it is my shining star divot. This year she is so much taller and is about five inches taller than me and I was five foot two inches. Then when I went out to the pasture to get her. All I had to do was call her name and whistle and her she came

Running to me. I gave her a big hug and petted her soft hair and then put the rope halter on and away we went walking gracefully away from the pasture. Then I had to give her a bath and get her all nice and clean so she wasn't full of shit balls. After her bath that she absolutely loves having we have to walk her around for the shows coming up.

Show time is here the first show again is high protein show she won her class and went in for junior champion and got that to along with her paternal sister wining reserve. Then here comes another show it is the WI State Ayrshire Show. In this show she won her class open show and junior show and was named All-Wisconsin open and junior. Also she won All- Wisconsin junior champion of the junior show and was honorable mention of the open show along with her little buddy diomoand. Then I selected divot as my state fair animal. I chose her because she was the best animal that Tim had to offer. So I took her and it was the best decision of my life. You want to know why because she won her class and went in for junior champion and won it and was honorable mention grand champion. Then I took her to my county fair and she won no problem and won junior champion and reserve after my other favorite cow. Then here comes the first national show that I participated in.
