Responsibilities
* Provides guidance, coaching and indirect leadership to peers on customer service processes, policies, and techniques for requests and inquiries related to basic investments products from Advisors and their clients, relationship partners, or directly from clients.
* Responds to escalated service issues and resolves problems, as needed. Assists in service quality management processes and serves as a subject matter expert for various business-driven initiatives.
