The society is developed to be increasingly digitized with wider use of Information Technologies (IT). These applications of IT benefit the society in various ways and lead to an increasing demand of IT. However, not every group with interest or demand of IT has clear cognition of it. Authorized by a client, IT Expo 2011 is designed to display useful IT for organizations and individuals, especially Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), who are interested in these technologies, thus to meet the demand of the IT knowledge of the society. This Expo, with a theme of "E-Office Time" and characteristic of combining experience with display, will be held in Ningbo in August and September of 2011. Novel and green software and hardware used for resources management, teleworking, mobile officing as well as presentation are to be displayed. Moreover, promotion of IT Expo 2011 is approached with various web2.0 tools.
