Researchers and biologists employ the scientific method of experiment on animals to explore important medical discoveries and continuous study on various diseases in our lives in order to bring tremendous benefits to mankind. However, the ethics topic is always the controversial issue which has been debated by animal activists and organization over the past century. There are some cases that where the imposition of limits by elimination the killing of animals is necessary. For example, the vaccines of hepatitis are tested by chimpanzees. This experiment requires young and infant chimpanzees which die during transport and they are killed after the experiment due to high risk of the disease that posed to human health. The breeding colonies and retirement funds can be established by research institutes to avoid the misfortune of chimpanzees .In addition, the toxicity of a substance is estimated through "Lethal Dose 50% (LD50)"test by determining the dose required that can kill 50% of animal population. It requires a large amount of animals and those animals suffer enormous pain. Although it had removed from OECD guidelines since 2002, it still accounts for one-third of all animal toxicity tests over the world in 2005 .The nonhuman primates, our closest evolutionary relatives have been provided as animal model for many human-related diseases because of their similar physiologies. One of the examples is the neurological effects of HIV auto-immune deficiency has been tested on nonhuman primate. However, this is an ethical issue.
