Has stress or anxiety ever affected your life's outcome? Many people believe stress and anxiety are the same thing, their wrong. Stresses can be caused in many different ways that can be controlled from changing your everyday actions. Anxiety is usually once you allow stress to overcome your life and has to be handled by a specialist or medication. To provide more information on how stress and anxiety affect your life you will find that it can cause emotional, physical and long term damages.

Emotional toll can have its causes of affect due to stress or anxiety. Emotionally stressed is usually caused by stressing over something you give someone or something emotionally. Relationships, home life, jobs and finances can be demonstrative characteristics that people can stress over. Emotional stress subconsciously feels like your doing your best but failing every time which leads to having poor motivational skills. Studies show that anxiety impairs emotional control, meaning you can not manage your own unconscious mind of emotion. With that said, the feelings you may receive are extreme feelings of fear and uncertainty that may lead to endless times of struggle through life. Seeing that stress emotionally isn't as aggressive as anxiety, leads us to discussing the differences in the physical feeling between stress and anxiety.

Physically stress and anxiety can cause many problems pertaining how the body feels. Stress has many different signs of physical affect on the body. When the body is experiencing body aches, diarrhea and numbness it is usually the first signs of worry. Feeling these aspects may cause you to become tiered and lazy. Anxiety has many of the same physical signs that stress causes but to a higher level. When the body is experiencing sweating, trembling/shaking or difficulties breathing and swallowing that is the first sign of needing professional help. Feeling such symptoms can lead to thinking your going crazy, dying and can sometimes become fatal. Viewing the different signs of physical impact that stress and anxiety both put on your body leads to be that stress is not in this case as fearful as anxiety. Learning the different types of emotional and physical problems of stress and anxiety brings us to the long-term affect they can bring.

Thinking of long-term is usually at least a year or more. Stress and anxiety can portray your life's outcome for as long as you allow it. Many people are believed to be stressed in all aspects of their life. You can have a day with out worry and days with all the worry in the world. Having had stress for a long period of time is usually the cause to severe anxiety. Severe anxiety can cause you to use medication and therapy or cause injuries to ones relationships, home life, finances and can even end in a fatal outcome. As the stress builds you can
