Apple is a well known technology company known around the word. It is a multinational corporation that everyone is familiar with. Apple quickly adapts to new competition, changes that customers require. They focus on customers' needs, interest, and are innovation to technology. Apple has found its great success in developing i products.
It's success have grown out of close partnerships with other organizations, which include music companies, consumer electronic firms, cell phone companies and many more computer companies. Strengthens, weakness, opportunities and threats come with Apple also for this corporation and many to come. This company possess many stakeholders internal and external. The wants and need for Apple product is in demand.
Apple strengths are unique. They have established an easy way to use their products if you have a Mac you will know how to operate a iPad, iPhone and iOS.
"No matter which widget they use, users get the same user experience, navigation,
look, and feel." The competitive edge that Apple posses are that it offers a variety of products. iPad has the ability for you to watch TV, have real live face time, and speed.
IPhone will offer music, streaming video, podcasts, movies, YouTube, and more. IOS offer everything that the other I products do, but it allows you not have to purchase a PC or a MAC. It synchs with all your, I products automatically. The competitive edge that Apple posses are that it offers a variety of products. They have no threats when it comes to financial backing. Apple reports in the third quarter to have made 28.57 billion this year. They have sold 20.34 million iPhone, 9.2 million ipads, 3.95 MACs and 7.54 million iPods. Apples revenue is up 82% and profits 125%. Reitzes now sees September - FY Q4 - revenues of $29.1 billion, up from $27.5 million, with profits of $7.10 a share, up from $6.50. For FY 2011, he now sees revenue of $109.1 billion, up from $107.5 billion, with profits of $27.73 a share, up from $27.13.

Downloads are available via a USB cable, ands software on the handset pauses music if a phone call comes in. New technologies and strategic alliances offer opportunities for Apple. Podcasts are downloadable radio shows that can be downloaded from the Internet, and then played back on iPods and other MP3 devices at the convenience of the listener. The listener can subscribe to Podcasts for free, and ultimately revenue could be generated from paid for subscription or through revenue generated from sales of other downloads
Apple biggest threat is Microsoft; they have several other companies' competing with them. Apple organization is large which intend to cause problems with employees. At one time Apple refused to license there operating system making Dell a threat
