Apple is one of the fortune 500 companies. The Company offers a range of mobile communication and media devices, personal computing products, and portable digital music players, as well as a variety of related software, services, peripherals, networking solutions and third-party hardware and software products. Apple's app store has become a huge success ever since it was launched in 2008 and the reason of consistency in what it provides for its user is the clear reasons why its app selection process seems to be so tough and in continuous disputes. In my personal experience of using an android tablet and an IPhone and Ipad, I have found several issues and problems with android devices than IOS devices. That one experience in my daily life is enough for me to agree with the apple review and selection process of the apps that will remain in their apple store. If the selection or review process is made simple, Apple will not be able to maintain its brand name which is highly renowned for providing quality and reliable products and services. I totally agree with the option of going through extensive screening because that will drive innovation and creativity to its maximum limits. Consider yourself as a programmer who makes apps, when you are provided with strict guidelines to work on, and expected to bring out the best of you to be selected for a place at app store. I think whatever you will come out with will be the best. So in my view those screenings are doing good for general consumers as they are getting the best, tested, reviewed and screened final product which they can purchase with confidence.

Instead of the Adobe, Apple started using HTML 5. There were no further information on the cloud about the FCC case and what is going on with the case till the date today.
Many argue that Apple's guidelines for the apps to be selected are restricting the creativity. But I think that is how apple distinguishes itself from other app market. I use a android tablet and have an IOS device. The app functionality, variety and performance is way higher in quality in app store provided under Apple's umbrella. However the similar apps on android devices are not as much fun and smooth to use. The guidelines are the key to the success of Apple's quality applications in the store. The guidelines presented by Apple are very long and clear for the app developer and I don't believe that it's violating any freedom of speech. Apple store is not a public place where we are going to dispute about our rights and freedom. That's a closed market owned by an entity called Apple, they have all rights to stop or approve any app that they
