According to Victor (Essay, 2013) Motivation is the course by which a person’s efforts are energized, directed and developed towards attaining a certain goals. Moreover, taking a look in to the Fredrick Herzberg’s two- factor theory, it proposes two main ideas which are, Intrinsic factor, in relation to the job satisfaction and extrinsic factor which is related to job dissatisfactions. Intrinsic factors are motivators, that contribute the employee’s achievements, recognitions, opportunity for growth and development, create a creative and challenging work environment. Furthermore Abraham Maslow’s hierarchy of need give further explanation on why employees at apple Inc. are highly motivated employees. To add weight to the Adam equity theory states that most important thing in a person’s job is the degree of equity or injustice that the individual perceive in the working environment.
