Factors which play an important role and influence our choice when applying for a job have always been a controversial issue. Everybody has created its own evaluation system which factors to take into account more or less in order to get the desired satisfaction from a certain job. When it comes to the factors I am looking for that undoubtedly would be the economic benefits and the happiness, thought it may sound as a cliché

However, many will argue that these two factors go hand in hand but in fact that is really what everybody wants. In the situation of financial crisis we are becoming witnesses today money has become the driving force in the society. And the idea for a lucrative financial future plays a prominent role in my personal choice, as mercantile as it may sound. A well-paid pleasurable job is what everybody strives for.

Secondly, it would be a hard task to work something which you are absolutely not interested in. I would pick a job for which I have passion. I know my possibilities and my preferences which I must comply with my job requirements and responsibilities. When the job I choose suits me I will have the needed confidence to deal with stressful situations and take quick and right decisions. I feel delighted and have motivation to work and achieve more.

To conclude, in real life does not always happen to work the perfect job with the highest wage. Most likely you have to sacrifice one thing in return for another. But when you know exactly what you are searching for and what you are capable of you always have a choice. You just need to make the balance and decide carefully from what you will gain the most satisfaction.
