Article Analysis Paper

The article analysis that will be used in this paper will be of two articles to describe negotiation strategies with separate negotiation issues. The negotiation strategies from the articles selected will compare and contrast each on how they are applied to the work environment.

A global travel industry new periodical from eTurboNews(2010), called "American Union Pushes for Strike." The Transport workers Union and the American Airlines are in negotiation regarding the mechanics and the ground workers which includes 28,000 workers.

The Transport Union strategy has recommended they request the Federal mediators to intervene to propose a declaration to have a deadlock included in on their negotiation to create a new contract. If the binding arbitration is rejected, there will be a thirty day cool off period; which the workers would then consider a strike.
