Audience Analysis Activity
Having taken public speaking class in college, you know how important it is to analyze the audience you will be addressing. To prepare for your speech, you have arranged a telephone interview with the club's president to find out more about your audience.
(1) List the two most important questions you want to ask the president about demographics of your audience? The 2 most important are (1) Identifying the general demographic features of my audience, and (2) gauging the importance of those features to a particular speaking situation.

(2) And the two most important questions you want to ask about the situational traits of your audience. Be specific in your questions and explain your choice of questions?
The two most important in situational traits are (1) identifying traits of the audience unique to the speaking situation. (2) Adapt my speech so it will be clear and convincing to the listeners.
