Autism

A disorder of the brain causing communication with others very difficult and hard to relate with others is what we call Autism. With Autism, certain areas of the brain are not functioning well.

Autism

A disorder of the brain causing communication with others very difficult and hard to relate with others is what we call Autism. With Autism, certain areas of the brain are not functioning well.

A lot of people with Autism will have problem when it comes to relating with other people. Early detection and treatment has helped a lot of people over come and reach their full potential of relating with others.

Scientist seem to think Autism runs in the family and are trying hard to find out what genes is responsible for passing this disorder down. Others are looking at medical condition and their surroundings to see if this could be a cause of having autism. All of people seem to think that childhood vaccines are the cause of autism like measles, mumps-rubella, or MMR, vaccine. But this has not been a proven fact. Having all childhood vaccines are important to keep from getting serious diseases that can cause harm or even death.

Noticing the signs of Autism normally start before the child is three. Most parent notice within a child toddler staged that their child has not started talking or acting like most children of their age. Though it is not unusual for a child to start talking at the same age as other children of their age, and then lose his or her language skills.
