Their should be comparison between two biggest bank of HSBC and Housing Dovlopment Financial Corporation (HDFC) on home loan provided by them.

Today home loan is necessity for fulfil the requirement of family and provide good infrastructure and improvement of home. Everyone wants to make best house butkin present scenario these are so costly so they move towards to various banks both public as well as private bank for loan.

Issues:

Here the issues are-The Finance Ministry is also promoting the sector. In media reports, the Finance ministry urged bankers to adopt a flexible approach to extending home loan to customers.

In another attempt to make things easier, the Indian Banks' Association (IBA) set up a working group to study how home loans can become a lucrative business. The recommendations of the group were taken into account and the banks revised their norms.

The RBI has taken measures to encourage the students to borrow and to facilitate the growth of the sector. The central bank cut down the risk weight age on home loans. . This has been done to make it easier for potential loan applicants to get loansThe project is based on the sales strategies for the Banking products with a special reference to Kotak Mahindra Bank and the consumer perception about the same. First and Foremost, the purpose of Kotak Mahindra Bank is to fulfil the needs for investment under one roof.. It gives the detail view of the regulatory framework for the Kotak Mahindra Bank .The focus shift to various products of Kotak Mahindra Bank to cater to the needs such as return explanation, financial position, risk tolerance, etc. Further to this, project proceeds with the research designed in the light of the core objectives of the study along with the sub objectives that are given due consideration throughout the research. It also enlists all the data sources as to by which means the study has gained momentum. The project also explains about the various changes in the banking industry from the last few years their have seen a sea change in banking strategies, with more focus on quality. The adoption of a specialized customer-oriented focus is fast getting wider acceptability. In a market that keeps growing in depth and diversity, niche banking is new mantra adopted by all. Thus, instead of targeting an entire market segment, banks have adopted a specific business focus to reach their target audience.
