Motivational Tools and Strategies
Baptist Health South Florida is a large company with many employees, and like all other companies, they must make sure to keep their employees motivated in their work. The company has a number of methods to motivate and assist their employees. One way the company motivates their employees is by giving them many different benefits and extrinsic rewards. They also offer paid time off, as well as flexible spending accounts relating to healthcare and dependent care ("Baptist Health South Florida", n.d.). One significant benefit given to employees is the Life Works Home Buyer's Pineapple Perk, which provided a large cash benefit for employees that were buying their first home ("Baptist Health South Florida", n.d.). Other benefits offered to employees are financially beneficial, such as retirement plans, PTO cash-outs, and employee discounts ("Baptist Health South Florida", n.d.).
