Strengths

Coca-Cola is robust distributed of the network to ensure the steady flow of the business for the company. Sun Zi said: It is a matter of formation, communication and signals. Nowadays, we have internet, satellite or other advanced technology to be used in communication. Besides that, Coca-Cola is the world's most valuable brand and has strong brand loyalty. This can make sure enormous number of loyal customers and brand equity all over the world. Coca-Cola primarily competes on advertising and differentiation and has the high market shares.

In addition, Coca-Cola is a well-known brand. Coca-Cola has the heavy advertising and promoting activities. Brand of Coca-Cola is obvious and easily recognized by public. This is one of the strengths of Coca-Cola. Coca-Cola also has much finance to cover their company. The company has strong financial position and profit throughout the history. Sun Zi said: An army without sufficient food and grain will die. Financial rolling of organization is important for organization in operating their business. Apart from that, Coca-Cola has more than 70 percent of revenue comes from outside the United-States. In the international trade, Coke has the world of mouth. Lastly, Coke has joint venture with Nestle has resulted in the formation of Beverage Partners Worldwide (BPW).Sun Zi said: He who is adept in warfare does not require additional conscription of soldiers nor multiple replenishments of food and supplies. An organization only goes for the activities that will bring the benefits to the corporate.

Weaknesses

If have strength also will have weaknesses, Coca-Cola is no exception. Many other Coca-Cola brands are lack of popularity. They are more unknown and even rarely seen. The examples of other Coca-Cola brand are juices and juice drink, sports drink, water products, teas and coffee. Health issues also in one of the weaknesses of the Coca-Cola. This is because Coca-Cola contains the high sugar and effect ones healthy. Therefore, this will influence public decision before purchase Coca-Cola's products. Besides that, Coca-Cola also results in low profile and non-existent advertising. In addition, Coke's product offering is restricted to beverage. This is one of the limitation that public want to purchase on Coca-Cola company. Sun Zi said: there are changes in the shape of the moon throughout a month. This is mean no organization will always be in the top with the existing of change and limitation.

Coca-Cola has discontinued its many products after many years of launching such as New coke, Coca-Cola with Lemon, Coca-Cola with Lime and Coca-Cola Blak which result in bad image of the brand. Then, Coke also has taken less aggressive market standing in today's changing economic surrounding. Because of dispute over wholesale prices of Coca-Cola goods, Costco block the replenishment of their shelves with diet coke and coke. Lastly, insignificant growth in profit margins reduces the company's financial flexibility. Sun Zi said: Their interaction and combination are like two never-ending interlocking rings where the possibilities of their beginnings and endings can never be determined. Every planning have their strength and weaknesses, this is the law of nature.
