* Law is the most important for the governments to develop their nation.
* A country must have a fair law:
The government should put the inhabitant's life on the first to make the law.
Avoid the violence. (Ex: Thieves must be arrested; people are not allowed to fight any body.
People can be saved in the country by the government.
The law must take part in development of the economics of the country (Ex: Prevent the smuggler from doing their business; avoid harassing for bribes.
* The consequence of the unfair law.
The unfair law is the reason of the decline of a country.
Violence appears all over the country.
Rebels rise up. (ex: demonstrate, opposite the government,...)
The economics come down to the critical time. (ex: smuggle, bribe, ...)
* Inhabitants must execute the law.
Execution of the inhabitants is the most important.
Executing the law does not only help the country but also help you.

* The law that people break the most is traffic law.
The Vietnam's traffic law is not strong enough.(ex: Polices do not work well, they take the bribes too much...)
Accidents of traffic are increasing day by day.
About 11.000 people died in 2010, average 31 people died a day.
Consciousness of people is bad. (racing, cross the Red light,...)
* The consequence of breaking the law.
Breaking the traffic law is the reason of many grave accidents.
Breaking the economic law makes the country fall down, become a poor country...
People fights each other make a loss of wealth and health...
Breaking the population law influents the quality of the people's life.
Without the execution of the inhabitants, government will probably be subverted and the country will be attacked by the other countries.
Concluding: The law is the most important thing that any country need. The execution of inhabitants help the government and the country stronger day by day.
