Busting bureaucracy is now becoming more famous and effective for the betterment of the strategic enhancement of the organization. To provide an effective and efficient pathway to move ahead in an exponential way there is always need to find a good and suitable strategy, on which the business can work out and take a lead in the market. This kind of strategy is also helpful in achieving competitive advantage for the long run of business. The best two examples in recent day can be seen as the Ford new power stroke engine design team and the other one is GE's next workout strategy.
Ford has come up with a new kind of truck engine technology and designed a unique kind of truck power stroke engine. The team who have worked on it are Scorpion team. They have done a great job to make the dream live and real with their effort and dedication of the growth and upliftment of Ford.
GE is also making a new standpoint in terms of better employee and executive development strategies. They are coming up with an intellectual training program in which the company people will get training from a strategic viewpoint that allows the employees to enhance the strategic thinking and it will also help in cutting down the bureaucratic decision making.
These unique strategies and techniques adopted by the companies to gain competitive advantage and to gain strong viewpoint. It also supports the business in terms of their unique and customized strategic planning for the long run of the business. All the companies have their unique kind of technique to follow and work according to that particular technique to gain a value addition in their strategic planning and implementation. Like here in both the case of Ford and GE the strategic difference is there, Ford has implemented a team workout for the new design of the power stroke truck engine design by its unique team "Team Scorpion". GE has implemented the strategic development in their employees by various trainings and development programmes.
