Intro:
Our business idea is about the burger restaurant which will provide the customers a unique service of making their burgers as they like, a custom made burger restaurant. This is a unique idea and there's only one business that is providing this service in Lahore and is not that famous yet because of their poor location and that's going to our competitive edge.

Our product is food related and here in Lahore people are quite much love food and no matter what it is they always try it and give their opinions, as initially we're opening our restaurant first in Lahore so our target market will be from Lahore and then when we'll get good and reasonable reviews, we'll open our outlets in other cities too. As this is a unique idea of giving a custom made burger to the customers, they'll be very excited about it. All the current running burger business here in Lahore are already making quite some money and they are always full of customers. So, this product is quite desirable in the market and people do welcome these kind of businesses in the market. And as there's a gap in the market for like something new, which we'll provide custom-made burgers because all the other burger chains are not giving this service, so we can capture a reasonable market.
Product/Service demand:
To know the demand of what we are going to offer to the market will actually be of any worth to the customers or not, we'll go for a buying intention survey for our restaurant and will run a survey asking our target customers questions about our product through the questionnaire and that will assess the demand plus we go for a gumshoe research to check that how does this business really works and what would be the things we'll be needing to become successful in market. Plus we'll run surveys that how our potential customers would like the product, what they need in this product, what is it that concerns the most etc. We'll take all the suggestions and recommendations seriously and work on it.
Industry/target market feasibility
In this we discuss the industry feasibility that how the industry overall is performing and is this the perfect industry to get into and is the target market attractive to keep yourself in the competition etc.
Industry attractiveness:
Burger industry is a growing industry and still have quite a space for the market players, food industry has always been best running industry and no matter what business you come up with in this industry you always win, this is what a perception is made about this industry. Demand is actually there, burger restaurants are doing great here in Lahore and youth love eating delicious burgers in a perfect sitting place. But we believe that not everything can be the same, people need something new and unusual in their lives and that's why we're coming up with this idea to attract the larger market.
Target market attractiveness:
Our target market would be mostly the youth, kids and people from 25 to 35 years old, as youth mostly is interested in this kind of food and as we won't be charging a premium price for our custom-made burgers, so middle and upper class both would be our target audience.
