Coach House Bed and Breakfast is located on a stunning island surrounded by bright fauna and flora. The B & B strives to pamper their guest and ensure that the time that their customers spend at the Coach House is full of fun and relaxation. This paper will be looking into the Coach House Bed and Breakfast to determine if this business is worth investing into.
Evaluation
The Coach House Bed and Breakfast is a potential investment opportunity that has brought to the attention of several people. The business is located on an island called Tybee which is linked to Savannah, Georgia that is the perfect getaway place for couples, singles, or honeymooners that are looking for a place to relax. Coach House Bed and Breakfast has recently finish restorations and are looking for investments to further the Bed and Breakfast to diverse into other ventures to increase the number of customers that come to the Coach House.
Coach House Bed and Breakfast has a full and detailed Business Plan that shows all the information that an investor would need or want for evaluation of the business. They have divided up their business plan into detail sections with summarized information detailing the business, history, research done, and so on. The overall executive summary is concise and shows the full potential that Coach House has with the right amount of investment behind the business. The uniqueness of the location and features of the business tell investors that the business has the potential to grow and become a formative business.
Coach House Bed and Breakfast seems to have one aspect they are determined to fill and that is ensuring that their customers are pampered and enjoy every minute off at the little island getaway. They write about their main focus point being their customers and how they want to offer more so that their customers can have an enjoyable experience while at the Coach House Bed and Breakfast. Overall the writing of the business plan is understandable and has been written very well to catch the interest of possible investors. The next step is to look at the business from a feasibility stand point.
Feasibility Analysis
Looking at the overall aspect of the Coach Business plan an investor could see why they are looking for extra money. After restoration of the property, overall cost projections and their mission for the future all any future investments would help the business immensely with the owner's plans and expectations of where they want to go with their business. For an investor they should conduct a feasibility analysis to see if the business is worth investing in. A feasibility plan shows the strengths and weaknesses of a business plan and determines if the business's plan is usable and capable of being implemented.
Coach House Bed and Breakfast has both strengths and weaknesses that can be seen when looking over their business plan from an outsider's point of view.
