Introduction

Cafe de Arabia is a specialized coffee shop that offers a variety of Arabian Coffee with different flavors, as well as a wide range of pastries and salads; it is an addition to the coffee shop family of two branches of Café de Paris which was a huge success as a concept. This new addition will be of two floors divided. Ground floor will be for families, with a small play area of electronics for kids with the entrance part for individuals and youngsters with an outdoor seating. The first floor will have a small library and will be a study room for all those who wants to enjoy school work with coziness, quietness, and great coffee.

Project Objectives

As it is a one of a kind product, we believe Arabian Coffee is not given its right business wise and people only drink it at home, also it would be only a one beverage on the menu of each coffee shop. Therefore, our main objective is placing the product in the right market where the mentality is more than open to embrace it as a product of which is taken personally in the culture of Kuwait and be specialized in it.

Why Café de Arabia?

We have chosen Café de Arabia as when we sell coffee, it is not only a beverage; we are selling a lifestyle, and a place to feel comfortable to stay in as long as a person wants. Other options similar to that project did seem tempting only what make the product unique are the criteria that the market needs. Therefore, we decided to run a weighted factor scoring method test to see whether it was worth it to embrace the project or otherwise.
