Executive Summary

1.1 Business

        Pick- a- stix was established on January of 2018 . It's can be used for special occasion or just a day to day dessert. We  recieve short hand orders specially for valentine.

1.2 Business Oppurtunity

        Currently in Catanduanes, cakepops was not that well known,but the cake pops  was already a high end product specially in the heart of the Philippines. The group want to sieze the oppurtunity in the province and to be the first one to introduce the said products  while it not that popular.

1.3 Competitive Strategy

        Pick-a-Stix customer value proposition  to provide individual products based on fine quality, supreme taste ,unique and original design. The advantage of the products on other cake product is that the cake pops attract customer  from any age.

1.4 Economic of the Business

        Pick-a-Stix founders will self funds P1000 in seed capital. The said finance is  just the calculated estimated amount of the product ingredients and packaging.

Management Plan

        Pick- a -Stix is operated by student of Catanduanes National High School grade 12 Simplicity (CNHS)STEM strand. Some members of the group enter a specialization of Commercial Cooking in the grade 9- 10 and equiped with basic knowledge in the kitchen.The group also has a visual arts student SPA that may help the taem establish creativity and balance.

Company Description

        Pick-a-Stix is can be  a web based business. The group has created a website and page where you can order and pick from designs. And it can either be direct message or visit grade 12- simplicity room just at the first room in the base of the building .

Product and Service Plan

        The Product strive to bring happiness and warmth to the consumer through the Cake Pops. In addition to providing high quality products the assurance of sanitation will be observe. Each individual product is made from all natural ingradient from a trusted manufacturers.

        It is important that the cake pops not only taste delicious but also appealing and attractive to the eye and vice versa. Therefore , we add the extra little touch, whether it be a sparkling sprinkle sugar and  chocolate toppings. These extra touches are added to enhance the elegant experience for customers.

Industry Overview

        Pick-a- Stix has one direct local competitors, the cupcakes. The cupcakes are already popular and already a trusted dessert. however the innovation of the product may attract more customer.Pick-a-Stix cake pops are cheaper than our competitors which is good for our business focus on everything on a stick, so while their are no business like our we are competitive enough that are business have a fair share of profit at the end of the month.

 Market Analysis

        Thier are no specific age limits in our product but we primarily market to teenage consumer, between the age of 13-18 and those customer that enjoy dessert or like sweets at an affordable price. The product may attract kids because of colorful visual design of the cake pops. Plus it is a healthy for childre because it is made mainly from cakes.

Competitive Analysis

        Any bakery will have competition. Often times in the food service industry, competition is vicious.
