1. The smart grids with the current electricity grids seems as though the grids really don't give any information on how the consumers really use their energy. With the information not shown it makes it harder for the distribution to develop more efficient approaches. With the current systems, it offers other ways to handle the power that is provided by alternative energy sources. If we look at it in a company's perspective; without any information given about the current electricity, it can be harder to figure out about how much energy is used wisely. With the smart grid, it enables information to flow back & forth between electric power providers & consumers. As well as it helps consumer program high- use of electrical appliances, this helps during peak time. A smart grid also delivers electricity from supplies to consumers using digital technology to reduce costs, increase reliability & transparency and also save energy. Lastly the smart grid could possibly lead to a 5-15 percent decrease in energy consumption.

2. Management- should look closely at how much energy consumers are using and how much it is costing them. This would help show what changes and ideas that need to be made about what appliances they should be using. Once the energy company sees the differences in the reports of energy being consumed and how much it is costing consumers, the energy company sees that they should help the consumers with a grid showing how much they use and spend on energy they use. By making better decisions on using different appliances, consumers could possibly save money. With that being said, it could be helpful to consumers to see some kind of feedback with change and differences.

Organizations- look at how the smart grids could also be a disadvantage financially. With the budget of operating profits, it could drop because of the consumers reducing of the energy that is used daily. The implementation costs could be high and without structuring, the implementation could be bad for the energy companies.

Technology- Systems that provide energy to supplies & consumers with the usage data, communication systems to relay data along with the entire energy could be least costly, all expensive & time consuming to the retrofit. With the monitoring devices to track energy usage and distribution trends it could take the energy infrastructure and it would require retrofitting.

3. Some Challenges for the development of the smart grid is that it may be challenging to potentially be a problem with the impact that might happen towards the energy companies. Second thing is that changing the infrastructure of electric grid across the whole nation could be quite hard. Third thing is that it could be another challenger to install two way meters that would allow information to go from home to businesses. If they install the two meters what happens with the privacy?
