For HR to be a very strategic partner for a business is a huge plus for any business. HR helps get going (motivate) and retains employees for the company. With employees having skills already most of the time, or not having any for the job they are pursuing, HR helps by having the right training curriculums to enhance the employee skills and improve the company's capability and functionality. Also they help design and guide creative incentive plans for the employees, which is a part of the motivation part of their strategies. HR is no doubt the balancer between the employee and the employer, they are how thing are appropriately handle to the companies standard and rules in places such as retail stores or big corporations, etc. Without HR in between the employer and employee there would be many complaints sexual harassment and strikes would occur. HR is set in place to help the company by instilling in everyone the corporation's policies and procedures throughout and making sure that it is being followed. In conclusion HR is the most outstanding strategic partner in all companies because they keep things in order and instill the rules and procedures to how things go in that company. They are the backbone you can say to a company that will help them achieve their goals internally by providing the correct maintenance of its staff and management and help run everything as smooth as possible, this is what most definitely has a business growing and moving up rapidly.
