Chaf Pozi is all about meat and local fare when it comes to the menu...

The actual fact is that there is no menu at Chaf Pozi. Fresh cuts of beef, chicken, lamb and pork are brought in on a daily basis and are displayed for you to choose from the kitchen. Once you have chosen your meat (you pay by weight) sit, relax, have a traditional quart of beer and wait for your meat to be ' braaied ' in the traditional way. Your meal is then brought to the table with all the traditional accompaniments such as pap, sauces, salads of the day and the special homemade chilly sauce....

Eat with a knife and fork, your fingers or even chop sticks , who cares , just get stuck in and enjoy...

Special set menu's as well as Halaal and Vegetarian meals can be arranged by pre-order only.

Halaal meals are at a surcharge.

Chaf Pozi has become a "must" for both tourists and locals alike , and for the dare devils, a bungee jumping or SKAD free fall experience is a must from the top of the Orlando Towers.

Chaf Pozi is perfectly situated close to both the FNB and Orlando Stadiums in Soweto, and is always the best place in town for pre and post concert and game entertainment. The services of local taxis are also on offer which allows our guests to be transferred from areas outside of Soweto to Chaf Pozi to enjoy a great meal and party vibe, followed by a sporting event or music concert.

Chaf Pozi is all about meat , and Shisa Nyama style. The menu covers delicious cuts of mutton, beef, chicken , pork and traditional wors as well as a variety of tasty side dishes. All our food is prepared daily and meat is cooked on an open flame in front of our guests! Try one of our speciality Spit Braais for your group. Special requests can also be arranged for your function if arranged before the event. We also cater for Vegetarian and Halal by special request

If it is music that you like , well Chaf Pozi is the place to be on the weekends. The restaurant has played host to many top artists and DJ's ,including the likes of DJ Fresh , DJ Euphonic , Black Coffee , Zahara , Dr Malinga ,DJ Ganyane , DJ Oskido and many more up and coming artists . Friday, Saturday and Sunday offer guests the opportunity to listen to music ranging from township style jazz to up-beat hip hop.

Chaf Pozi offers ample secure parking with facilities to cater for up to 600 seated patrons. We can top and tail any function to make it "an event to remember".
