Child abuse prevention and recognizing essay

When looking at the subject of child abuse, we can clearly see that us as people don't know how to recognize child abuse or even learn how preventing child abuse can make a difference. This is why learning how to recognize and prevent child abuse is very important for us all to learn. Thus, it is very important for us all to know recognizing and preventing signs and tips on how to spot these things before the child abuse starts getting out of control.

There are many ways of recognizing child abuse, some of these signs look at the children's behaviour in class, and is there any sudden changes in their school performance. Others can be found in the physical or psychological form, one of these are the child is always preparing for something bad to happen, and also very overly compliant or passive; and sometimes withdrawn. Recognizing the sign found when looking at parents also is important to know. Parents are often found showing little concern for their child, and also treats their child poorly. There is even more like when the parent blames the child for all their problems and hard times. Also you can recognize when parents put their child through hard discipline if the child misbehaves. Therefore being able to recognize these signs will be able to help us a great deal.

There is so much information on preventing child abuse, along with many things you can do, like going to a support program that help support your families and at the same time you learn about child abuse and how to prevent it and not do it yourself. One thing you can start off by doing is become a nurturing parent, also be sure to show your child you lots of love so they know you really care. Furthermore stop lashing out at your child try an alternative like counting to ten instead of the screaming and hitting your child. Even try to volunteer at a local child abuse center or prevention program. Be sure to take it upon your self to try to breath when you feel yourself getting mad or aggressive toward your child remember your and adult. When starting to think about hurting or screaming at your child try going into another room and listening to music to cool your temper and aggressive state . There is many ways in which prevention can help prevent child abuse before it even has a chance to start.

Thus, by learning about recognizing and preventing child abuse we will have a better understanding of the signs of child abuse, therefore we can stop it before it is to late, also put an end to it before it even has a chance to start.
