Our conclusion is that we have a strong product that is in its economy of scale: it is a very upcoming product. The product is getting a bigger and bigger market share compared to the 'normal cars'. The increase of sales of the Prius is higher than the growth rate of all electric cars sold. That shows us that the consumers prefer it above other hybrid or electric car. In the nearby future we has to keep improving the Prius' qualities like battery sizes and recharge time as much as the looks. These are the biggest problems of electric cars in general so that is why we have to come up with ideas to improve those points and use that as a positive points in advertisements. We can use the primary goal of the electric car for advertisements as well. That is still one of the easiest ways to convince people with a normal car to buy a Toyota Prius. We can distinguish ourselves with a good looking car that is also green for the environment. So our strategy is to make the Prius a very good substitute for a normal car. That will make many people buy it. The idea is by far not impossible with the improving technology, growing demand for green cars and a good market share and growing image.
