Crime Victims and Medicaid
When it comes to crime victims utilizing Medicaid, guidelines are not supportive to an individual that became total disabled at the age of twenty-eight no matter what caused their disability. Why I address this issue? My son became disabled not a fault of his carelessness but a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Back in 2005, our entire city had to evacuate ordered by top officials due to Hurricane Katrina. Since no one had a choice just ordered to relocate to unfamiliar cities, and states, everyone was ported any, and everywhere. The scary part about this situation our love ones either missing, died from drowning, illness, suffocation, and lack of medical attention. For many months to almost a year, no one knew whether or not their love ones survived this terrible catastrophe. So I guess you can say we had to go with the flow. According to one study, more than half of all drivers have experienced a surge of road rage at some point, although not all bang into the offender's rear bumper, pull a pistol, and aimed to kill them. Which happened in my son's case, the driver literally tried to run them off the road? According to my nephew, "they were driving to slow." Once the driver was not successful at doing so, he decided to cut them off causing their vehicle to stop. The driver pulled out a gun, and immediately started shooting their car. Which one fatal bullet out of a 357 magnum round changed my son's life forever? The state of Texas never located this aggressive heartless
