1. Time focus:  Time is a crucial part of human experience. Diverse societies, nonetheless, consider time and utilize time in altogether different ways. There are two words that are essential concerning how we see time inside societies.

  • Monochromic
  • Polychromic

Monochromic culture:  They like to do only one thing at once. They don't like interferences. They like to focus on work in their hand.  Monochromic culture is found in United States, Canada and northern Europe.

Polychromic culture: In this culture people like to do different things at the same time. Even, they are interrupted with various tasks but they know how to handle those at the same time. Along with work they respect relationship with their friends and family. Their main objective is desirable which they want to achieve rather than forceful goal

  • In this parameter I give 2 score out of 5.

2. Time orientation – It is the orientation that shapes each part of administrative conduct.

Past oriented culture:  They are worried about traditional values and methods for getting things done. They are highly focused on tradition thus their management is conservative. Moreover, they resist changes. They take their past as motivation and direction.

Future oriented:  future oriented cultures have a lot of positive thinking about what's to come. They understand and shape the matter according to their creation and innovation. They don’t believe on traditions and past figures. They are more dynamic, more innovative, and more imaginative (Rutledge).

  • In this parameter I give 4 score out of 5.

3. Space:  It is the gap of power between the top level and low level peoples in organization during decision making. This space can be divided in two parts as follows:

Private: when the rules are made by owner or people at high level, that culture is terms as private culture. There is no participation of other people in decision making.

Public:  In public space, during agreement and decision making, all the employees are valued in order to implement new rule in organization.  This shows that each employee has equivalent power to do the right things for their company.

  • In this parameter I give 5 score out of 5.

4. Power: In the business two types of power exist, one is equality and second is hierarchy.

Hierarchy: hierarchy means people are ranked based on their status. When people working in group establish hierarchy then production is lower and conflicts are higher.

Equality: All the employees in the organization are treated equally. It is opposite to hierarchy. In this culture productivity is higher, conflicts are lower (ScienceDaily).

  • In this parameter I give 5 score out of 5.

5. Structure:  there are two types of structure in cross cultural communication. These are as follow:

 Individualism: In the individualism, importance is given to uniqueness and self-determination. If a person work independently by taking their own decisions without getting external assistance. This type of culture called individualism culture.

Collectivism culture: In this culture, people likes to work in group as they think values of group should be shared by everyone. They believe results of group work are more effective and efficient.

  • In this parameter I give 4 score out of 5.

6. Competition:  there are two types of competition as follow:

Cooperative: In this type, people work in groups to achieve their goals. Individualism is avoided here, social skills are promoted. Working in group means results are faster and results are the outcomes of group work.

Competitive: Individualism is promoted in this competition type. Every person face real world challenges and everyone encouraged to do their best. Moreover, independent thinking and effort are priority.

  • In this parameter I give 2 score out of 5.

7. Communication:  There is two types of communication in cultures as follow:

High context communication: During interaction, nonverbal communication is used like voice tone, facial expression, gesture and eye contact thus communication here is an art instead of long conversation.
