Many people get cyber bullied, teens, children and young adults (Stop Cyber bullying-Guide for Parents)
When an adult is the one being bullied it is not called cyber bullying. It is called cyber stalking and cyber harassment (Stop Cyber bullying).
There are many different types of bullying, physical, verbal, social, harassment, peer pressure, bribery, psychological abuse, and extortion (Cyber bullying-Guide for Parents)
When someone is bullying someone online is when it is called Cyber bullying (Stop Cyber bullying-Guide for Parents).
Sometimes when one person is bullying, the person he is bullying will turn around and start being the bully (Stop Cyber bullying).
