Cylinder change procedure:

- The system will switchover automatically if had reach 150 psi cylinder pressure. If needed it can forced switch over.

- Click the standby cylinder icon then click ASO for forced switched over.

- Prepare the bypass line. Then press on screen ACKNOWLEDGE then CONFIRM.

- Decreased in cylinder pressure of the previously standby cylinder indicates successful switchover. If it fails use the bypass line.

- Click the cylinder icon to be replaced previously in service. Click STOP MAINTENMANCE. Then ACKNOWLEDGE press RETURN.

- Close the cylinder valve to be replaced.

- Close HPI and HPV.

- Open VGS to release pressure. Then closed it.

- Replace the cylinder.

- Let the WITNESSED see that the new cylinder is sealed.

Note: Do not travel cylinder without cap.

- Removed the seal and mount the new cylinder.

- Crack open the cylinder valve. Then open the vent. Do these purging for 10 cycles.

- After purging, open fully the cylinder valve.

- Open HPI slowly.

- Click new cylinder ICON then press AUTO, ACKNOWLEDGE

Refilling LGC:

- Connect the cryogenic hose one end at the secondary withdrawal valve of VT-50. Don't forget to put the anti-whip at the valve connection making it is not loose.

- Connect the other end of the cryogenic hose to the LGC liquid refilling line.

- Near this hose connection is a vent valve. Make sure it is open.

- Purge the hose line by opening the secondary withdrawal alve until the entire connection is covered with ice. You will see that GAN is vented.

- Simultaneously, fully closed the hose vent valve while opening the LGC liquid refilling valve slowly.

- Then open the LGC vent opposite the refilling valve.

- Open the gas valve just beside the LGC vent.

- Maintain the pressure of the LGC around 15 psi or not more than 20 psi. Above 20 psi will cause the relief valve to pop. The relief valve is set at 22 psi.

- Watch for the level of the tank at the level indicator. Desired is more than Half.

- When desired level is attained, close fully the refilling valve
