The person always seeks to obtain information that assist in decision making in various spheres of life. You may find one person who wishes to invest a certain amount has so he may be looking for a lot of information to assist it in making the right decision in the investment process. In addition, there may be a person or a group of persons to have a specific project they wish to know a lot about their project, such as their property and obligations value. On other hand government, need information on the collected amounts "revenue", and the amount of its expenses in order to manage the country's affairs.

Air Asia was established in 2001 by Tony Fernandes (Anon., 2009). It is the foremost low cost carrier (LCC) in Asia; it provides flights to more than 40 destinations around the world. The company had reached a total net profit of RM1,061 million in 2010. According to the world airline report Air Asia is ranked as the 21st best airline in the world in terms of annual net profits (Air transport world, 2011). This tracks the performance of the global aerospace industry. The achievement did not come from a vacuum, but after applying the clear and firm strategy for ambitious action.

Air travel stays a great and growing business. It smoothes the progress of economic growth, international investment, world trade and tourism. Therefore, it is inner to the globalization proceeding in lots of other industries. A travel industry has moreover grown as companies become more and more international in terms of their reserves. In addition, it is a competitive market; therefore, Air Asia has to anxiety about their external and other environmental factors to maintain their positioning.
