Demand Marketing

Marketing is Meeting Needs Profitably. These needs create demand and treatingdemand with supply is Demand Marketing. It's another name is MarketingManagement.

1. Negative Demand:

Creating Demand for get ridding some thing is Negative Demand. Usually such

demand arises for social cause and required a lot of money to avoid this.

Examples:

Polio Vaccination Campiagn.

*

Promoting Insecticides in Cosmopolitan Areas.

*

Anti TB Campaigns in unauthorized areas.

2. No Demand:

Promoting new brands, which aren't demandable or no body know about it.

Through advertising, brand is promoting and creating awareness for using it.

Examples:

Creating demand for perfumed ball pens.

*

Creating demand for Home PC Insurance.

*

Creating demand for Cell Phone trackers.

3. Irregular Demand

Fluctuating demand due to time, weather, fashion, fads and trends is known as

Irregular demand. Production of such brands directly linked up with these factors.

Example:

Demand for Bell-Bottom Trousers in 70s and Now because of Fashion.

*

Demand for Stories Books, Cartoon CDs and Play Stations in Summer

Vacations.

Demand for Nescafe Coffee in Winter.

4. Latent Demand

Demand for such products, which are absent in the market, or they aren't

invented yet or may be exist in some other part of world.

Example:

Demand for Registered Software in Affordable Prices.

Demand for Online Graduation in Pakistan

Demand for High Tech Cosmetic
