Design a Flowchart for a Process
Every individual perform a course of action in a daily process as a part of his or her regular routines. However, this process consumes an extensive amount of time. The purpose of this paper is to design a flow chart process that aids to define how are activities currently working and how they can change or improve the process. The flow chart also uncovers the factors that affect the process design. In this paper I will also identify the one metric to measure the process and include the data for the identified metric every day of the workweek.
Process Selection
A process is any parts of organizations that takes inputs and transforms them into outputs that, it is hope, are of greater value to the organization than the original inputs (Chase, Jacobs, & Aquilano, 2006). Thus process is a specific course of action intended to deliver a result. The process that I choose for this analysis is cardiovascular workout using the treadmill to burn calories. To challenge the body in different speed, the decision involve increasing the speed of a treadmill every day an individual work out to improve body endurance training and more calories burned.

Factors that affect the process design
The factors that affect the process design are the adequate speed of a treadmill and the numbers of calories burn. The two factors play a significant role because they both affect the amount of time involved in walking and achieve the goal of burning calories. The steps involved in burning calories using the treadmill are as follows:
1. Set the treadmill for increase or decreases speed.
2. If the treadmill is too fast or too slow, proceed to step three followed by step four.
3.
