Nowadays life has become easier and more enjoyable than the way that our ancestors lived. Inventions and developments have resulted in these changes. These changes, led our life to be running smoothly, are the development of technology, medicine, and transportation.

The developments of technology have made our life easier and more enjoyable. First of all, the invention of the Internet has had a lot of positive effects on our lives. These days the Internet is used in every single thing. For example, we use it to pay bills or buy things online while just staying home; nevertheless, several years ago people have to go out to do these things. Also, TVs has made entertaining and getting news easier for people. For instance, we can use TVs for watching films or for getting news for what is happening in other countries; however, several years ago they could not get entertainment at home and the only way of getting news was from each other, or even they didn't even know what was happening in other countries. Other than that, the development of communication has let people talk with each other whatever they are, and the last few years they can even see each other, in contrast, several years ago the only way to keep in touch was the mail which took them a long time. In addition, the development of technology in the industry field has let us to be more productive and let the prices to go down in contrast with our ancestors' days. For example, several years ago everything was handmade which took a lot of time and the products were very expensive compared to our days.

In addition to the development of technology, the development of medicine has had several benefits in our lives. First of all, surgery has been well developed and more used these days which led to save more lives, in contrast, several years ago a lot of sick people could die because they couldn't be treated. Also, today we got a lot of medicines that can treat every disease. For example, if a person has a headache he or she can get an aspirin and it should remove his or her headache; on the contrary, several years ago people could suffer from headache with having nothing to do for it. Furthermore, the development of medicine materials and the construction of many hospitals have let us to save more lives compared with several years ago on which people couldn't find hospitals to take care of them.

Moreover, the development of transportation has let people travel easily and comfortably. First of all, cars have made our transportation easier and faster than it was before. For example, if we want to travel we can use a car, in contrast, several years ago to travel they used animals which took them a long time to get to their destination and it was also uncomfortable. In addition, these days we got airplanes that we use to travel to other countries in hours, in contrast, several years ago getting to another country would take them months.
