Discrimination is a negative way to show power or that a group or person is better than another. Racism is one of the most destructive types of discrimination. Instead of bringing people together discrimination pushes people apart. One of the most destructive types of discrimination is on someone or a group's race such as Hitler and the Jews. Secondly another problem is discrimination against people with disabilities they get treated different and looked down upon because they are different. Lastly different genders getting discriminated in the workplace or sexism. Discrimination can have a major effect on society.
Racism can have a negative effect on society. Firstly, the colour of your skin can cause an act in racism.
