Eating Home-Cooked Meals Are The Best Choice
Choosing to eat home-cooked meals are one of the first and most
important decision that a person can make. Some people argue that it is
better to eat home-cooked meals with nutrition while others argue that
eating fast food has more advantages. Eating home-cooked meals is the
better choice because it offers people cost like expensive or cheap,
personal taste and nutrition.
Eating fast food is often expensive such as while eating in restaurants is
fast, the money you spend can add up. When my friend has dinner at
restaurant with a friend, the bill is usually over twenty dollars, she can
buy a lot of thing in store. Even lunch at a fast food stand usually cost
five to six dollars for one person. That is enough to feed the whole family
at home. Eating fast food does not depend on personal taste. For
example, when you eat beef and vegetables with sweet soup in
restaurant, but they make food not suitable for you like it is so sweet or
so spicy, so you cannot eat. Furthermore, eating fast food is not good for
your health. Meals at restaurant are often high in fat and calories, and
they serve big plates of food: much more food than she cooks to eat at
