Whether or not electronic devices that are considerably diminishing physical action of inhabitants generate an indirect impact on their health has aroused a controversy among concerning people in the context of modern life. Some people hold the opinion that their health is declining due to using numerous time for electrical gadgets instead of outdoor activities. Others, nevertheless, assert that these equipments can even strengthen their health and mental if they use sensibly. Personally, I am more inclined to the latter viewpoint.
Some people think that using electronic devices reduces time for doing exercises or sports that is good for health, but in fact they can arrange time reasonably or do both ways at a time. Physical movements only operates in a period in a day namely a hour or two hours, so people can balance the amount of time spent on using electronic facilities and doing physical action suitably that is enough for good health. Moreover, people can do two activities in a time. For instance, while people do exercise or gym in house, they can watch film or news on television.
More importantly, electronic equipments also help people improve their health and brainpower effectively. People can do exercises or play sports from the instructions of teacher, book, newspaper or magazine, but now sport channels from television or video from computer that guide how to do physical activities vividly and professionally can help people practice more effectively. In addition, by watching television or using computer, people can increase their knowledge, intelligent and other skills.
For the above mentioned reasons, it is my firm belief that electronic inventions not only do not affect detrimentally to health but also are tools to advance efficiently health and brain if people use these facilities appropriately.
