Elg & Robinson is a partnership organization. Philip is the director for the company and Elg is the developments. Based on the image 8.1 which given in the case study, we can define the product of Elg & Robinson is very tidy and fresh. It is because they have arranged the meats nicely in the counter and the product are very neatness as there is no any fly on the meats. In additional, the product also is part prepare meat as this is very convenience for those who are very busy in daytime, On image 8.1 have been show that the place is directly opposite a coles supermarket, so that the population of customer will have more compare to other shop. Besides that, they also provide a brighten environment to the customer plus a clear and brightness signboard as everybody pass by the shop are able to see it. Furthermore, on the image 8.4 has been show that the forecast population in the area of Elg & Robinson will be increase and there is a stable high- income earner population in the area. Elg & Robinson also provide customer a loyalty program with a loyalty card and this is one of the price strategies of the company. For an example, if a customer purchase one of those wines and with a loyalty card, they can get a 40% discount on each bottle as shown in image 8.6. Elg & Robinson to ensure to have a strong brand name in the market, the partners move toward an innovative promotion agency Can I Play (CIP) to design the logo, colours and the layout of the shop. The shop signal changes a few times a year just subtly to have a different look and a different feel seasonally and the beautiful landscape at the top also is a part of the promotion.
