Short Description:

This project looks at an Enrolment Database System for a high school. It intended to be use by the authorized staff of Benigno S. Aquino National High School. It allows storing details of the Students, Year level and Section including previous grades and it may also be use as a local assessment.

Objectives:

This study will help the Faculty and authorized Staffs of Benigno S. Aquino National High School to make the enrolment easy by the help of enrolment database system. The enrolment database system allows inputting data including the name of student, year level, section, schedules, previous grades and school fees. The database system will allow the collector of the fees to make a print for the receipt of the student's enrolled.

Problem to be Solve:

The researchers want to make a possible solution for the following problems:

1. Missing name of enrolled student?

2. Unmatched tally of population of the student's being enrolled?

3. Miscalculation of manual printing of the receipts?

Scope and Delimitation:

This study aim to develop an enrolment database system intended for the Benigno S. Aquino National High School, the database limits on the following fields and functions:

* Intended for First year to Fourth year students (including transferees) of Benigno S. Aquino National High School only.

* Limit of inputting data of the Student's (First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Year Level, Section, Schedules, Address, previous grades).

* Only authorized staff and faculty can access the database (for inputting processes).

* Assessment is included.

* Editing database not accessible by staff and faculty (only for Database Administrator).

* A manual process is not being dissolved.
