Ethics Case

This was a week when I examined ethics. I learned that ethics is something that is a part of every situation. I learned that business ethics can go a long way. I learned that ethics are something that is a part of different cultures. I learned what unethical behaviors are. Having good ethical code is something that can go a long way in business. This stands for international business especially because of the different cultures that the world is made of. Having good ethics is a way to help others understand right from wrong in a business situation and other situations in life. I learned that having an ethical code allows for others to know what a business is all about. I look at ethics as the ground rules to any business. If a house did not have a solid foundation it would crumble. I think the same sort of thing will happen with any business. If a business does not have good ground rules they would probably not work out. I learned that when thinking international ethics need to be broad. I say this because one culture may see something as wrong that another culture does not consider to be wrong. This is why good ethics need to always be a part of any business. Ethics can be a touchy issue that is why good ethics must not only be created they must be practiced as well. The rules must fit in with the cultures at the most part. This is why I say it is important to have a good ethical code no matter what the situation is.
