This organization may have a built-in bias towards the information but it is hard to tell. The Heritage Foundation was founded in 1973 and there primary audiences include members of Congress, key congressional staff members, policymakers in the executive branch, the news media, and the academic and public policy communities.
What other references are cited for the information presented? _Going through the website every article that is present has some sort of reference sited under show references in this report. For my particular topic there are numerous references cited from the Energy Information Administration, a report from Rice University, and the U.S. Department of Transportation._____________________________
