Our group had chapter 10 for this assignment. The people who were in my group were Lindsey, Joleen, Kelly, and Nicole. Right from the beginning we assigned sections of the chapter to each individual, trying to equally distribute the amount of reading and research that would have to be done. It seemed pretty fair in the amount that we each had to do. We each wrote about two pages on our sections and that was inquired into the paper. This gave us all an equal contribution to the paper. We also put together our own slides on the powerpoint. Along with this, during the meetings we made outside of class we were usually all there and worked well with one another. Lindsey, Joleen, Kelly, and myself would get a score of 9 out of 10 if you ask me though. While the work was distributed equally, it seemed a lot of the combining powerpoint slides and paper sections fell on Nicole. On top of that, she did the work cited and a lot of the other stuff. She put most of it together on her free time and it obviously took her a long time to do. Simply because she did that much work for the group, she deserves to get the 10 out of 10. She did a really great job and acted as a leader and had the initiative to do all the time consuming aspects of the project. Like I said before though, we equally distributed everything else. This only really applied when it came to putting everything all together. Everyone met deadlines that were set and tried their best to attend meetings if possible. There is a piece from the paper from each of us, as well as in the powerpoint. Each person was also assigned to find 2-3 good sources that could be used within the project, and we each found a video/audio supplement for the powerpoint. Everyone's work was divided evenly with the exception of how much Nicole ended up doing towards the end. She definitely deserves a 10. Everyone else did their work and did well at it so I feel they deserve a 9.
