Evolving into a better person with education while in prison

Becoming a better person while in prison . Inmate should have the right to evolving their education . Because number show us 69,169 Texas inmates return to their communities with no education . so they come back the same they left and sometime with more knowledge in gangs and drugs. If the inmates are willing to pick up some education it will lead them to a better life style. Here are a couple more reason why I think inmates should be able to evolving their education .

With education in the prison system it will help keep gang war and fights down . With time being use on teaching the inmates . Most of the inmates will use their free time to study and learn . So they wont have time to get themselves in fights or gang war . I believe the gang war would drop by 15 percent . Just think about for a second when in mates have time on their hands its nothing but trouble . It really not them it's the inner city systems what they was raise by . So all they know is how to fight and be in gangs , use guns being a tug to them their nothing wrong with that . In today's world you wont make it living that lifestyle you will end up back in prison .

Of all the civil rights which the world has struggled and fought for the right to learn is undoubtedly the most fundamental . Recent inmates performance assessment data reveal disturbing facts about the effectiveness of our inner city public education systems. Thus our challenge as education is to identify address and resolve the inmates learning problem before they become insurmountable . we must engage the premise that race and poverty plays a significant role in prison . We must collectively as a nation seek the fundamental understanding that affords us the opportunity to resolve this most significant problem in our public education system .
