Teenagers & Adults would be on facebook at least 3 to 4 times a day. Have you ever wondered if being on facebook is healthy? No, being on facebook or on other social websites can cause an unhealthy habit that causes issues in your daily life. It can destroy your real social life, being addicted to facebook can cause health issues, and start stalking other "friends" profiles every day.
Being on facebook can destroy your real social life. Especially Young teenagers, teenagers will go on facebook just to play the online games, like "farmland"Which is running their real social life. Young adults would rather feed their game pets, on pet society or take care of their restaurant in restaurant city than to go outside and hang out with their friends & do outdoor activities. It's pointless to play those games, it will just make you anti-social and it will be a waste of your time in life. It doesn't benefit you in any way if you get the highest score in these games or post the most posts; no one cares if you get the highest score. What people care about is having the best time of their lives which is having an actual life, by that I mean hanging out with your friends, spending time with your family and helping others. Your social skills are important to be successful in life. You need to know how to communicate with your classmates, professors, co workers, and with your boss.

It has been proven that by being on facebook and other social networks the isolation between people is what increases the risk of these health issues. By not being in contact with people it causes an effect on the body, levels of hormones such as cuddle chemical oxytocin, which promotes bonding, altered according to whether people were in close contact or not.
Facebook could cause teenagers, young adults, and adults to stalk classmates, co workers, and even their ex boyfriends/girlfriends. Stalking other people can disrupt your normal life, because you're always making sure what that person is doing. For example I have a friend that is obsessed with checking her boyfriend's profile, and it's affecting her life. She can't be still or calm because she's always wondering if he's talking to other girls or if he has changed his relationship status. Is facebook wasn't created we wouldn't
