Although today people tend to be interested in fast food for its convenience, home-cooked meals are considered to provide you WITH MANY more advantages.

Firstly, home-cooked meals take you time to cook, but THEY ARE cheaper than fast food. Unlike fast food(,) which can be bought from a store and cost you more money for the services, home-cooked meals are prepared by yourself with the available ingredients in your house.

Secondly, a good point of home-cooked meals is in THE sense of safety. While someone makes fast food without your observation and delivers it to you, home-cooked meals are cooked with the ingredients that are chosen carefully by yourself.

Therefore, home-cooked meals tend to be safer because we ourselves obviously will choose those which are hygienic, fresh and tasteful.

Finally, home-cooked meals are appreciated because THEY provides you with enough nutrition. Meanwhile fast food contains quite A LOT OF cholesterol and lacks THE necessary amount of vegetableS as well as some other kinds of vitaminS.)

You can care for your health with a great cooking plan THAT followS a strict and reasonable regimen. This means you (cannot) only cook many dishes which have many kinds of vitaminS(,) but BY DOING SO YOU CAN avoid EATING unhealthy food.
